[FAQ] How to request an owner stay or guest-of-owner stay

Your owner portal allows you to easily check available dates and request a reservation. As of August 2022, new owner bookings must be done following the next steps:

1. Click here to access the owner portal. Use your email to log in.
2. Once logged in, click on “Calendar”, located in the upper menu.
3. If you have more than one property, select the property (1) and click on “Reserve your stay” (2) to continue.
4. Insert the booking dates (1), and optionally write a comment. Click on “Request Booking” (2) to send.
Attention: Your reservation is not confirmed yet! An eSignature is required for all new bookings.

Booking Portal and eSignature

After requesting an owner booking, using your portal, our team will process your request and an email will be sent to you once it’s confirmed. Check your email inbox and spam folder, or contact us in case the email was not received.

Use the link sent by email to provide your eSignature and gain access to the guest portal. It’s easy and simple!

Once it is signed, your reservation will be confirmed. In this portal, you will also have access to:
