Festival Resort features the Downtown Festival area that consists of a general store, ice cream parlor, arcade, Florida-style bar & grill, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course.
The resort is on the Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd. giving it direct access to I4. Guests can enjoy easy access to all of the attractions parks: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, and to all the restaurants, malls and well-known championship golf courses.
Comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. Ideal for family vacations and for business trips.
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom two-story townhome carries the contemporary vibe with a combination of grey, lemon, and teal blues in its living rooms and suites.
The main level consists of a spacious open-plan featuring a living/dining area and a modern full-equipped kitchen, all with a view to the private pool in the courtyard. A great master suite with KingSize bed and a shared bathroom with walk-in enclosed shower is in this floor.
The Washer/Dryer room is near the kitchen.
Two other bedrooms are on the second level and share the second bathroom. One has a QueenSize bed and the other bedroom has two Full-Size beds. Two additional guests can comfortably sleep in the QueenSize sofa bed that creates an enjoyable sitting area in this floor.
