Best was the nicely done decor, it was very tasteful and beautiful, comfortable and spacious, the pool was close by and the community in close proximity to Universal and I Drive, shopping center nearby was convenient. Things that need improvement+ Morewas the confusing check in. Between Trip Advisor, manager emails and texts, multipage documents, signing, photos of credit cards and taking ridiculous selfies, it was very frustrating. I’ve rented hundreds of condos and homes all over Orlando and that was ridiculous. Normally I show up, there’s a document I open with instructions to enter and that’s it! There was not enough toilet paper on the roll to last one evening and there were no replacement rolls! Travelers are expected to supply their own toilet paper? There was no travel size dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. That’s usually provided by every condo I’ve ever rented. Especially since I was required to wash the towels! Maintenance needs to tighten the set screw in the guest bath towel holder. It falls off. We liked the place very much but a few things could be improved to make the guests more comfortable. Not anything above and beyond what’s considered normal.

The room was clean. Furniture up to date and newer, bathrooms were clean. The facility in general was well maintained. Here are the problems that we had. The coffee maker was broken and it took 5 days to get replaced. The ice machine was broken+ Moreand never fixed. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. These are nominal extras and there's no reason not to provide 1 extra roll per bathroom and a 1 extra roll of paper towels. We didn't receive a pool key and there were no pool towels. I was told that the management company doesn't provide pool towels. That's not an acceptable practice. No body packs their own pool towels for vacation. If there's a pool on the property you should be providing pool towels. No excuses. I was not happy with the lack of urgency to fix any of the issues that I brought up. Would the same lack of urgency be applied to major problems. Such a the AC going out or losing hot water.
