On this floor is the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and 60” Smart TV, and the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed with 40” Smart TV bedroom and a shared bathroom. The laundry/dryer room is near by the kitchen.
There is also a screened pool and guests can choose to dine under the lanai.
The 1 car garage is accessible from the house, however fits a GameRoom for Kids entertainment. There are two open car spaces in front of the house and extra parking spaces in the community for the guests use.
The upper floor features the main master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and 60” Smart TV. There is a bedroom with two Twin Size beds and another with Full Size beds, both with 40” Smart TV along with two more bathrooms.
This unique floor has an extra space where guests can watch their favorite TV show or movie on a 60” Smart TV.
