Cons: 1) The house was difficult to find on the GPS. When we entered the address given to us we couldn't find it. At first we thought that there was something wrong with our GPS, but that was not the case. Because we ordered a few things online and too of the four delivery companies could not find the house, so they returned the items. (one of the companies was UPS) 2) Were the house is located we couldn't use our cellphone, because the signal does not reach till there. We had T-mobile 3) The way to the house is very dark in the evening. While we were going home the closed one of the roads, because it is a private road. but there was an alternative road. 4) on the photo you see a lazy river, but we didn't see the lazy river. But all by all we would definitely recommend this house for a group of maximum 10-11 people. We enjoyed it a lot!

Our house was very tidy when we showed up. All the appliances were well kept and worked properly. Staff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had leading up to the reservation. Be aware that because this is a townhouse, the noise from+ Moreneighbours can interrupt your stay. This is no reflection on the homeowners/managers though. We had issue with the $35/day for pool heating especially for the small splash that this house has. From doing your research, the going rate is closer to $25/day for a full size pool. This cost adds up quick depending on the length of your stay. Overall, we would recommend this house to other renters. The clubhouse is nice. The contract is very clear that there are no items to be left behind. We understand that this helps staff with cleaning the properly and keeping it clean. However, in some cases, there could be items that could be beneficial to future guests or staff such as toilet paper, laundry detergent or paper towels. This is very wasteful in my opinion.

The house was beautiful, I only wish that I had ordered heating for the pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated. All the supplies for the kitchen were great, we had everything we needed. My daughter left her computer cord in the minion room. + MoreIs there anyway someone from my family who lives in Florida can come pick it up from the clubhouse. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. We had 8 people with us and we fit comfortably for 4 days. The only downfall was the common area downstairs was a little small for all of us so if you're traveling with more than 8 adults you might be a+ Morelittle cramped. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Universal studios which is why we stayed but I'm assuming it is faster to get disney world. The house is stocked with just 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Plenty of dishes and silverware were provided. Check out time is at 10 am but the cleaning service arrived at 9:40 am, luckily we were ready to go. You also only have 2 parking spaces in front of the home. We had to go to the clubhouse where they provided us with 2 parking passes so the 2 other cars can park at the clubhouse free of charge. Not a big deal just a little inconvenient. I did find it noted in the rental agreement afterwards. All in all we had a great time and will definitely stay again.
