Towards the back of the property, luminous glass-screen doors lead guests out onto the private screened patio with pool and cozy seating space, ideal for relaxing on a lazy afternoon.
Also on this floor are the first two bedrooms, one with a QueenSize bed and the other with two TwinSize beds. Along the hallway is the shared full-bathroom with double sinks and the laundry room with Washer/Dryer.
Going up, there is the grand master bedroom -which is decorated with rose and gold accents- with KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes double sinks and a shower/bathtub.
