There is also a screened pool and guests can choose to dine under the lanai.
The 1 car garage is accessible from the house, however fits a Star Wars Themed GameRoom for Kids entertainment. There are two open car spaces in front of the house and extra parking spaces in the community for the guests use.
The upper floor features the main master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, King Size bed and 60” Smart TV. There is a Sports Themed bedroom with Twin over Full Bunk bed, another Harry Potter Themed bedroom with two Twin Size Size beds, and a last Mickey Themed Bedroom with two Twin Size Beds. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs along with two more bathrooms.
This unique floor has an extra space where guests can watch their favorite TV show or movie on a 60” Smart TV.
