Terms & Conditions


Payment Policy:

  • A deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance of 80% is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
  • We accept payment via major credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given for early departures, no-shows, breach of polic,y or failure to complete the required online pre-check-in process.

Directions & Check-in Instructions :

  • Within 30 days of your check-in date, we will provide you with access to our Guest App, where you can view your reservation details and sign the rental agreement using your confirmation number.
  • We require a copy of your government-issued ID and a valid credit card for security purposes.
  • Two days before your arrival, we will send you the full directions and check-in instructions via the Guest App, including the address, gate codes, and home codes needed to access your vacation home.
  • Our vacation homes are fully automated for your comfort and safety.
  • Please make sure to login to the Guest App before your arrival.

Guest Services:

  • Our Guest App provides you with all the information you need about your vacation, as well as special offers and services available during your stay.
  • You can also use the Guest App to communicate directly with our team for any questions or concerns.
